“This was our 4th stay at this property. We love the mountain view, the hot tub, and grilling on the deck. The house is an easy drive into the charming town of Hendersonville. We are always finding a new brewery or farmer's market to visit. ”

“We met our adult daughters who live in GA and Greensboro with two dogs. The listing did not say that the dogs should not be on the beds - we found that out the day prior. We were able to follow those directions but that had been part of the deciding factor for the property. Otherwise, the kitchen was well appointed and the chalet was a wonderful choice for our family!”

“I've wanted to stay in a log cabin for some time now, and this one will be hard to top. It's forested, end of the road location make it a quiet respite from a frenetic world, although nearby downtown Saluda is far from frenetic - and that's a good thing! The deck puts you right in the middle of the forest, and the only sounds we heard were the running creek down the mountain from us and occasional birdsong. We ate out a lot but could've prepared a variety of meals with the kitchen……

“Amazing trip to the little moose Cabin over spring break. The cabin is the perfect location, in the woods and private but 15 minutes from all the downtown things you could want. Simms was a great host! Cabin was so cute and welcoming! Saw LOTS of bear which was amazing!! Had a great stay, definitely recommend”

“this cabin was amazing its located perfectly up on the mountain its a 5 min to town theres so many shops and places to eat its a cute little town. me and my boyfriend had a blast the hot tub was so clean and easy to use. we relaxed and watched movies and ate a lot and drank. this was the best place ever. check in and check out is easy. the host left us a bottle of wine and goodies for our stay. 10/10 so clean and nice would definitely stay again!!”
