“Location & Price, I’ve stayed here a few times. Parking in front of room excellent. Lobby/check in would have been improved by multiple boxes stacked in corner being removed. Llack of tv guide in room frustrating. Gnats in sink area disappointing.”

“This is just a cute, homey feeling place. I feel like the building is probably old, but you can tell they’ve made updates to the rooms. The parking lot is a little small towards the back so that could be hard parking a larger vehicle, in my opinion, but we had plenty of parking towards the front. This was the quickest and easiest check-in I’ve ever had. I think it was probably the property owner who checked me in and he was super nice! Room and bathroom were spotless. No signs of bugs or mice,……

“I booked a stay at the Beaucatcher in August 2025 and had a great time. The hotel was cute, very reasonably priced, and close to download Asheville (although not quite close enough to walk there). Moreover, the manager was extremely gracious to give me a partial refund for an accidental overbooking (I booked a room for myself and a friend, and my friend also booked a room due to a miscommunication). He didn't have to do that, but he did because he was a good person. I will definitely stay……
