“We stayed here while in town for our daughter's graduation from UNCA. We hosted a cookout to celebrate with 17 people and it was the perfect space for it. We especially enjoyed the deck, yard for playing lawn games, grill, and making s'mores around the fire pit. There was plenty of room for people to gather inside as well. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend!”

“This property was a great find! Recommend 10/10, especially if you have pups! It's secluded, but also so close to everything. Very easy to get around. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub at night star gazing, and coffee in the backyard in the morning while the pups adventured around. We will definitely be returning!”

“Our group was celebrating our daughter’s graduation weekend from UNCA. The three bedrooms were perfect and the bathrooms were modern and clean. The kitchen- dining area fit our needs and we were had plenty of room to relax together. Be aware that parking is very limited. ”

“Had a great stay. Great spot in relation to all the activities. Minutes from downtown. Don’t even need an alarm clock with a wonderful rooster right across the street to get your day going! Great location. Hot tub was a great perk at the end of the days. Great firepit area. Would stay here again if we make our way back to Asheville. ”

“My friends and I spent the weekend celebrating our “milestone” birthdays this year. We had a wonderful stay at this exceptional cottage. Cozy, comfortable, extremely clean and well stocked. Well located for anything you may want to do in Asheville. Probably the best vacation rental I’ve ever experienced. If I make it to Asheville again, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommend!”

“Three day first-time visit to Asheville with a friend. House was perfect with everything we needed and location can’t be beat. Owner was super communicative and house had maps and recommendations and tons of helpful info. Hot tub a definite plus. Would definitely stay here again ”
