“The outdoor property is very pretty, about 10 acres, lawn kept, I would see deer there every other day. The house is older and is need of updates, but it suited my needs. The house has no central air, but the 3 window units kept it cool enough, though it necessitated the use of a fan to keep the bathroom floor from getting slick when weather was very humid outside. The host, Claudia was very nice and always communicates promptly.”

“This cabin/cottage is lovely! It had everything we needed and was super cozy. The layout is great (room to spread out) and the decor is warm and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking - and the coffee bar was great.Cyclist note: entire neighborhood is paved, driveway fits two cars or a car and a trailer. The neighborhood road, straight off the parkway, is winding. A good place to land. ”

“The only negative thing I can say is that we didn’t get to stay longer. This cabin is so adorable and clean! The decor was perfect and the cabin is nestled snug on a hill surrounded by beautiful trees! If you walk a short distance from the driveway you will see breathtaking views. The host’s communication and suggestions for places to eat/do was amazing! I would definitely stay here again! ”

“Very quite. Great view. Very homey cottage. Everthing we needed there to make a great stay.”

“We had a great weekend! House was just what we needed and exceeded our expectations. We visited Mt Airy and Mt Pilot and even took a ride around in a replica Sheriffs car in “”Mayberry.” We took advice on eating at Little Richard’s BBQ and it was delicious. Hit a few of the other ma and pa restaurants and shops as well. The house and area was enough to keep our family of 6 well entertained and excited for our next trip to the mountains in the Fall. ”

“Cherry Creek Cabin is tastefully renovated and appropriately appointed. It is quiet, private, and conveniently located a few minutes from Meadows of Dan. The space is small but efficient. We were able to cook a nice Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen as it was well-outfitted with the equipment needed. While we didn’t spend a lot of time outside, there is a grill and fire pit area for outdoor relaxation. The owner is very responsive to questions and concerns, and they provided us with information……
