“Having lived in McDade TX for many years, I always liked the historical buildings “uptown”. Returning to TX for a family wedding, it was a perfect location between Bastrop, Elgin, & Copeland. Enjoyed my stay & highly recommend this place.”

“The stay was fine, room etc very good, was disappointed In that the pool was closed with a cable lock so no one could enter. I wish I had known it would have most likely made me look someplace else. So disappointed. ”

“Perfect place if your looking to getaway for the weekend to unwind; Penny Lane was just the right size for a family of 4. The kids enjoyed walking to the lake for some fishing and enjoyed their time outdoors. We'll definitely be coming back to visit. Ragan and Andy were great hosts and were either a phone call away or making their rounds on the property if we needed anything. ”
