“This place is such a gem! My Partner & I needed a place where I could work remotely while he took care of some business in Elgin. It was clean, updated, quiet, peaceful, and offered amazing views and scenery. We prepared and ate all meals in the home, and it was equipped with all the basics you need. We had a tense game of Scrabble going the entire visit. The solitude and quiet were just what we needed! We saw plenty of wildlife from the comfort of the home, which was rich in natural light. We……

“The host couldn’t have been nicer to communicate with, the self check-in was a breeze. The RV was set on a pretty piece of property that was mostly private. Large covered patio with comfortable chairs supplied. The inside was welcoming, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of towels and linens. We hope to visit for our anniversary next year. Oh, we even saw a white peacock which was very special and felt magical. ”

“The stay was amazing! When we arrived the inside was a bit hot but once you turn the air on it cools down quickly. The ambience of the interior makes you feel at home I love the country. The kitchen has what's needed to make a meal. The cabin is beautiful and very clean.There's games to enjoy and coffee and hot chocolate to drink. My family loved the cabin and petting the cows. “Perfect place if your looking to getaway for the weekend to unwind; Penny Lane was just the right size for a family of 4. The kids enjoyed walking to the lake for some fishing and enjoyed their time outdoors. We'll definitely be coming back to visit. Ragan and Andy were great hosts and were either a phone call away or making their rounds on the property if we needed anything. ”
