“Our family came down to enjoy the sugar maple festival and stayed at this incredible hidden gem! We enjoyed the giant rec room during a rainy day and explored the property on the nice day! Would definitely stay here again. If you’re an adventurous family who loves history then this is your spot! ”

“We had a wonderful stay at this property. The creek and wooded area was fun for our kids to explore and the firepit was perfect for smores every night (with metal sticks provided!). While the kitchen isn't huge, it definitely had plenty of space for our needs and was well stocked with utensils, pots/pans, etc. The beds have the softer memory foam toppers and there were more than enough linens for us to use. Any communication we had with the host was quick and easy.”

“My husband and I stayed at the river retreat for a long weekend for our anniversary. We enjoyed fishing in the river! I forgot before leaving that the house did not have TV, because I was going to bring one with me. It actually ended up being a much better vacation because we did not have the TV. We spent every night at the fire pit enjoying each others company with well stocked firewood! Thanks for the use of the house!”
