“Great stay, the location and property are in a great placed. Well maintained, great views from the room. Staff was rude - showed up a bit early and was told room wasn’t ready - not a big deal, they explained I would be called when it’s was ready. 2 hours goes by and no call. Finally just gave up and showed up, staff was rude about the situation stating that it was busy and didn’t have time to call me. It would have taken 30 seconds - not a valid excuse. ”
