“The house is well situated on the Guadalupe river and makes for a very relaxing and enjoyable place on the river with the cliffs as a backdrop.The house and property were clean, modern and good size for a large group/family. The property runs into the river with an easy walking to the river. Overall highly recommend the house and the area.”

“I booked this property for my 40th birthday - the goal was to have a relaxing weekend with friends cooking, hanging by the pool, and playing games. This property was PERFECT for our stay. The home was clean and very well stocked. While many properties can hold a large group, the spacing of the home allowed privacy and the common areas had more than enough seating for our group of 13. Adding the heated pool option was perfect for the weather and instructions for the hot tub were easy to follow.……

Others mentioned having issues, but we had plenty of hot water. Super convenient to the historic area in Gruene. ”

No 1 son and his wife and mom- in- law and no2 son and imminent wife joined us for pizza at the house. The deck was fabulous with gorgeous view with plenty of space. House was well appointed and tasteful decorations and furniture.Not a full 5 on description because while listing stated pet friendly there was a one dog limit (in the small print”……

“Overall everything was very good the property was as listed. We really enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and the pool was nice and clean. Please let the property manager know that the refrigerator’s filter needs to be replaced and that the area with the fire pit wasn’t cleaned.Neither of those issues affected our stay just an FYI. Lovely property. Virginia ”
