“Our family loved everything about our stay at Terry's Casita! I'll start with the location. There is not a more convenient spot! Every evening we walked (with our three and six year old) into Gruene to eat dinner, shop, play putt putt golf, and get ice cream. Each day we played in the river which is directly accessible on the property. We loved the Texas music and classy rustic feel of the Casita. The cleanliness and updated decor met our high expectations when staying at a vrbo. Terry's……

“Needed a place for our sons’ Groomsmen that would provide space, provide activities (all outdoorsy type) and location (Rehearsal Dinner in New Braunfels, Wedding in San Marcos) and this property checked all the boxes! Waterfront (they caught several fish off the dock) with super dock, pool, chill area outside including standing fire pit, plenty of space for “corn hole”. Everyone had the room needed inside the house and were well pleased staying there . . . Great place!”

“Home was clean, kitchen was well equipped. Refrigerator had an icemaker. Plenty of towels and cleaning items available. The beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows.The backyard was simple, covered deck with a table a chairs. Grss covered lawn and beautiful cypress tress providing shade. Steps leading down to the river. There is a wooden dock. I was hoping for a place to put my chair in the river water and relax, but the water is too deep there, it just drops off. Only some roots to step down……
