“Cozy Cabin sums it up. Easy check in. Small; but, neat and clean. A handful of nice spices for the barbecue if needed. Swimming in the river is a little tricky since there is a "wall" directly in front of the property. About 100 yards down, is the boat ramp where you can enter easier. I didn't use the pool; but, checked it out. It looked nice, with a couple of cabanas that would give you your own space. Has a communal washer / dryer attached to the back side of it. Not sure how many properties……

“Fell in love with the house as soon as we walked in. Loved how close it was to the small all surrounding towns. Drove down the street to a hidden gem called Gruene and immediately fell in love with the lively vintage town. Walked up and down its streets and had the best time. We also liked how close it was to the Guadalupe and Comal river ”

“I mean wow, where to I begin. This cabin not only is the perfect amount of space (we are a family of four) with views that are stunning, the owners truly have thought of everything you could need. I messaged with a few questions about locations of items and they were so swift to respond. My kids absolutely loved roasting s'mores, swimming in the cowboy pool and searching for deer. It was the perfect getaway and I couldn't recommend more. 10/10. ”
