“房間簡潔近海灘!”

“The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. Other places we have stayed in, charge between £20-£50 per stay. So, as lovely and convenient as it is,……

“Very comfortable and beautifully clean room and en-suite. Staff all very friendly, helpful and seemed to genuinely care about our experience. Was delighted to receive a welcome email with key information a few days before arrival - requested a mattress topper and it was in place when we arrived. Breakfast absolutely gorgeous, treat to have proper toast not just warm bread. Staff serving breakfast particularly caring and helpful - 1st time we’ve ever tipped breakfast waiting team in hotel! ……

“If I could rate it higher stars I would!! This is a fantastic place. The owner Steve was great - very helpful and accommodating. There were many breakfast options and the food was good. The decor in the building is very artsy and gorgeous. I got a good vibe from the place as soon as I walked in - very welcoming. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Eastbourne boardwalk and 5-10 minute walk into town. Good location. I would stay here again when in Eastbourne.”

“Great location and beautiful view in front of the pier. Bathroom was the best thing in the room, can tell that it has been renovated. Much room for improvement on housekeeping and the rest of the room, such as windows and cleaniness of appliances like hairdryer and kettle. Fair deal in terms of what we paid. At the same time, I can understand the mixed reviews. ”
