“Really enjoyed this hotel. The grounds and hotel are well kept. While it is a bit of a drive to downtown Ashland, the area felt really safe and was easy to drive to the more populated area. We had our dog with us and this hotel was very dog friendly and accommodating for our pet. My only regret was that we got in late and had to the leave the next morning. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Staff was very personable! Cherri went over and beyond to assist me a few times during our stay. She has great energy and professional. I thought continental breakfast ended at 10am. Jack prepared a dish of scrambled eggs for me at 10am, even though they closed. I was so impressed he went out of his way to do that! And before I departed, he filled my cooler with ice. The beds are very comfortable. A cozy stay! I will return! Thank you.”

“Simple old fashioned elegance without being pompous. The Victorian themed nature collections of leaves, shells, butterflies, etc. that decorated the lobby, elevator, and halls were fascinating and added to the ambience of a step back in time. Dinner cuisine at the Larks Kitchen was beautifully prepared and served.”

“Clean room, Good breakfast, Easy check in and out. The only thing I would like to suggest them to improve is that the room I reserved is supposed to equip with a bathtub in the bathroom which posted on hotel.com. Obviously It doesn't.”
