“Beautiful place and great location!”

“Luxurious but stairs were steep and slippery. Master bedroom is on the third floor and a bit inconvient.The 1/2 bathroom was not practical since the plumbing is narrow as we were told. We could not use it. Had to take the stairs each time to use the bathroom. The home does not sleep 8 as advertised.There are only 3 queen beds. No sleep sofa in the living room.”

“The property was charming and in the perfect location in Old Town. The traffic can get noisy on the weekend, but otherwise it was everything we could ask for. ”

“Great place for 4 former wrestlers to stay while going to the wrestling. Short drive to the arena and good bars and restaurants to walk to. It took a while to figure out the parking. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Tom and Sharon’s River House while in town for a family wedding. The drive was convenient to do all the Philadelphia sightseeing, and it was only a mile away from the wedding venue, which was the initial draw, but not the reason why this property stands out in our minds. I wish we had more time just to stay at the house and relax taking in the beautiful sights of the river. The living room is the reading space and we tried to wake up early just to relax and read in……

“Rented for a memorial service, the house was just as shown. Everyone was comfortable. We had one concern as the house was not cool on the 2nd and 3rd floors. I texted the host, he responded right away and came right over to address the concern. The beds were very comfortable and was well stocked with cooking utensils the house was very clean. I would definitely book again. The giant beanbag as you can see is also very comfortable. ”

“Our group of 12 all stayed comfortably. Everyone loved the pproperty. Nothing was missing. Location was great, close to lots of great restaurants. Parking is a nightmare but that’s city life and nothing to do with the property itself. That being said, the neighbors were friendly with one even helping us find a parking spot right nearby. The owners also recommended a parking lot about a mile away. Communication was great, and we had no issues whatsoever. This will be the first place we look up……
