“Checking in was nice and smooth. The staff was professional and the room was clean.”

“We didn't interact with anyone during our 1 night stay, we arrived late, used the door code provided to check in. Had a package arrive before us which was placed in the room. Room was cold when we arrived but quickly warmed up with the electric space heater. ”
