“Esperanza Inn is only a few minutes walk from the main strip of restaurants and beaches, had great amenities (shared common space & kitchen, dipping pool, cats, Tyler’s killer coffee) and was very safe. Tyler and Suzanne went out of their way to offer us great recommendations, make us feel comfortable, and were easy to get in touch with. I wish we could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend Esperanza Inn to anyone staying in Viques!”

“Our stay at this property was disappointing due to several issues:
1. No Hair Dryer or Hot Water
The room did not have a hair dryer, and there was no hot water available throughout our stay, which made it very inconvenient.
2. Lack of Basic Supplies
The toilet paper roll was nearly empty when we arrived, and no refills were provided.
3. Excessive Humidity

“I was here for my birthday celebration. It was not the experience I was expected.
We get a complaint letter from the hotel because I was calling my family on the balcony at 10:00 pm with regular voice. The other guest yelled to me and the hotel got their complaints and wrote me a long letter against me. They didn’t even ask about what’s going on. I felt uncomfortable.
Also, there is no AC. The room is about 90 degree hot at night. We could not sleep.
