“Great trip, cool place to stay. Felt safe a secure ar Sparrow Bend. We had to small Cada Avaceita but it was perfect. So many cool artistic rustic touches and comfy. Great view of the river from the back porch with everything we needed i side. We would like to bring the kids and their families and rent Casa Tupo as well We will definitely be back. Susie”

Plus, we got a stunning lightning bug show from the live oaks while we sat on the porch. The property has everything you need and is built exceptionally well. We stayed with our 6 month old daughter and had a wonderful time. This gorgeous cottage is now our go to place to stay when we stop in Kerrville. ”
