“We love the space... However, the property management added in to the problem with the stay. The Cozi group's check in was way too long, and charged you for so many hidden items. Wanted to charge you 65 dollars an hour for early check-in, and gave 2 options, either pay 58 one time or have 1000 as a refundable deposit. Very catty and unprofessional. Then they pepper you with texts, so much that you start to ignore the texts. Thats when they sent the texts about the faucets freezing. So we……

“Me and my wife stayed here for our anniversary, and we had a wonderful time. The location is peaceful and within a short drive from downtown Fredericksburg. The property’s cats were also very sweet as well. Overall, we loved our experience and will return again in the near future.”

“Only reason for the 4 star over all was because there was no closet. We were there for some formal affairs and had no where to hang our dress clothes other than some hooks in the bathroom. Needs at least a wardrobe. But over all it was fantastic, would definitely go back!”
