“This is a nice hotel, with beautiful rooms and restaurant. The staff are helpful, and they even made us breakfast well after the posted finish time. The downsides are the rooms are little small, and our shower didn’t fully work (the wand worked, but not the shower head). Also it can be a little cold in winter, but there is in room heating.”

“One of the best all-inclusives I've ever stayed in! As soon as i stepped through the door, the welcome & the friendliness of the staff really stood out. Everyone was lovely & keen to help. “Très bel hôtel dans le centre de Sousse, à 3min à pieds des principales allées commerçantes. Pour notre part, nous n'avons pas logé à l'hôtel "principal" mais avons été conduits à quelques minutes de marche de là dans un autre bâtiment, l'inconvénient étant qu'il fallait se déplacer pour le petit-déjeuner. La chambre est belle et pourrait être très confortable avec un systême permettant d'éviter la lumière du jour qui se lève très tôt. Aussi, une bouilloire serait la bienvenue pour le thé, et……

“Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.”

“They gave me a small cramped room on third floor. No elevator. It was easy to drag my suitacse up. One of the front desk staff was not very hepful...anything I asked he said google it. On the other hand there was another gentleman was very thorough...he helped me pick a nice seafood restaurant. Overall good hotel..good location...minimal breakfast...best bang for your buck. ”
