“They do not seem to be well organized. I was looked out of my room for an hour and half with my son. It took 5 guys to come and they still took forever to get the door open. I felt like my son and I were the only two guest and I honestly didn't like that. They kept calling asking if I wanted my room clean. “Spent two nights, 3 days at this property recently while touring around at Pinnawela, Sigiriya, Dambulla and Minneriya. Great location to visit all those sites. Excellent service with a smile. Buffets were plentiful and delicious, great variety. Pool was so relaxing and lush gardens that were well kept really felt like paradise.
