“Spent 5 nights at this home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great neighborhood, great ocean views, easy access to any and everything in the area. Easy highway access. Would come there in a heartbeat.”

“Beautiful home. If you are expecting three bedrooms, just be aware that two of the bedrooms don't have four walls surrounding them. They are open and it gets very bright in the morning. To get to the loft you must claim a ladder. It will get hot during the summer with no AC, but if you don't mind, I highly recommend this cute condo. We loved the location and the bright welcoming home. ”

“What a great location. Lovely neighborhood to walk the doggies, two great parks with playgrounds within walking distance, and beautiful ocean and mountain views. Nice places to visit close by, like “ A Sacred Space” and “Godmothers”, and good eats all around.”

“This is a spectacular location and property in Summerland. The house has plenty of room and a nicely appointed kitchen for meals. The outside space is generous and comfortable. Rick and Debby were kind, gracious, and helpful. We hope to be back in the future for another stay!”

“Booked this listing, all seemed well. No contact from the property owner, but assumed they’d reach out as we got closer to the trip. The day of check-in, I still had not heard from the owner. I called the number on the VRBO listing and it was clearly a burner phone. Had no way of accessing the property with lack of response. Had to scramble and find new accommodations last minute. I’ve never had such a horrible experience.”

“Property is nice, Unfortunately the property is a little dated and the cleaning crew that they have working for them is below subpar. The showers were moldy, the property was picked up but not clean. Hard to sleep in the Master bedroom with all the lights of the harbor and the park. It really has a Great view and located next to a nice family and pet friendly park. In all fairness, we would stay there again but it would be nice for it to be better kept up and cleaned. Host was nice and……
