“This house had everything we needed for a great week in the Santa Barbara area. Maxim and Vinita are incredible hosts. Very helpful with local recommendations and very responsive. Not that you really need to contact them. This house was one of the best stocked places I’ve ever stayed. The kitchen has all you need to prepare meals. The beds are very comfortable. There are games. And the deck with view of the Pacific is wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this home and in Summerland and……

“This is easily one of the most beautiful houses I have stayed at. We noticed the attention to detail. It was clean, well stocked & the views were gorgeous. Our hostess was communicative. My bachelorette weekend with my closest friends was made was made even more memorable by this breathtaking location. It is well worth the windy & steep drive up to the villa but please be aware that it may be difficult for drivers to get there. One of our Uber drivers cancelled our ride because they could not……
