“What an outstanding location. You literally can be dipping you toes in the sand in less than minute, and in another minute the waves are lapping at your feet. The beach is beautiful and is great for long walks. The home was spotless, and every essential was provided. Beds were very comfortable as was the seating around the fireplace and TV. The communication by the host was exceptional, providing directions, a guide to Ventura, Restaurants, and the other sites in the surrounding area. We had……

“The place was decent. Wish there was more seating in the living room (like another couch or sectional). I would have liked the back sitting area to have been a bit neater and cleaned up. I would stay again. ”

“Property is nice, Unfortunately the property is a little dated and the cleaning crew that they have working for them is below subpar. The showers were moldy, the property was picked up but not clean. Hard to sleep in the Master bedroom with all the lights of the harbor and the park. It really has a Great view and located next to a nice family and pet friendly park. In all fairness, we would stay there again but it would be nice for it to be better kept up and cleaned.
