“Lovely space with full kitchen, dining and bath and a comfy full size bed. My only complaint is that due to the weather the space was very cold throughout. The one room heater provided in the front room is not sufficient. I had to turn on the oven and open the door to keep the chill out then turn it off once I went to bed. A recommendation: Maybe the owner can provide another heating source for the other part of the space. Aside from that, I do plan to come back.”

“We really enjoyed our stay over the weekend. The house was perfect. Super clean. Right by the ocean. At night you can hear the ocean. The only thing was when we got there, there was a lock on the gate that needed a code to open. I was able to call the property manager and they provided me the code within minutes. I will be coming to Ventura in the next couple of months and will stay here again if possible ”

“Our family of five and dog really enjoyed our stay at this Summerland home! The unit is nicely remodeled, clean, and cozy and has everything we needed. The location is fantastic and we loved walking around town, grabbing coffee, and going to the beach daily. The proximity to the highway/noise was not an issue for us. Host was super easy to communicate with - would definitely stay here again!”

“This was a nice place to stay! The beach was a half block away and is absolutely beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the property was decently stocked. It is an older property that’s been renovated but there are a few things that are in need of repair. Overall a comfortable place to stay and communication from management/owner was stellar. ”

“This is a small, quiet apartment complex near Carpinteria Beach. Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenage boys) stayed in an apt in the 2nd (top) floor and it was clean, comfortable and spacious. It's not on the beach but a block away which was just fine for us. It has comfortable beds, modern appliances, and all the creature comforts you expect (internet, TV w/ streaming services, full kitchen). The complex is supposed to have free, shared laundry but we didn't need it due to our short stay.”

“The place is beautiful! We had us, our adult daughter, her boyfriend and our two younger kids. We could have fit more people if we needed to. The decor is cute, the place was clean, a short walk to the beach and some restaurants or if you got in the car the harbor area is just a 5 minute drive! If the opportunity presents itself, we will definitely stay her again!”

“The apt is wonderful. The host stocked the apt with coffee and toiletries. Location is perfect for the beach or visiting Santa Barbara. There is a great family run Italian restaurant in town (Giannfranco's Tratorria) - excellent food. The apt was perfect for our stay”
