“Place is small, no frill just basic hotel. However, the room was clean, bedding was nice, decor is ok. Everything worked. Hot water was really hot! Which is great. It looks like they are trying to upgrade things. Would stay again just not for more than 2 nights. No pool.”

“Enjoyed the view and how easy it is to get into Pigeon Forge - about 2 blocks from the main drag. Everyone we meet was friendly and welcoming. Arrived after office was closed and the security person, Bill. Helped us get our packet and even took us to our room to make sure we could get in. Betsy in the office was also very nice and helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.”

“Beautiful property built in the hills of rural Gatlinburg with excellent service and conveniently located on route of the Free Trolly to and from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Another free shuttle on property is available to get you up and down the mountain to access the pools, zip line, restaurant and water park. The staff is amazing with daily texts letting you know what’s happening daily on property. I was very disappointed in the owner that we rented from. The Full Service Grand Deluxe Suite……

“I loved staying in Almost Heaven. Everything was clean and in working order. The host was communicative and provided check-in procedures with the door code in a timely manner. The cabin is situated in a neighborhood with plenty of parking, easy access to the main attractions, and a gorgeous view of the mountains without having a to climb one in your car. Overall, I would book this cabin for my next stay in Pigeon Forge. ”
