“Enjoyed the property. Perfect for a large family with lots of kids. Swimming pool was fun and the amount of land gave them plenty of room to run around while at the house. Younger kids loved the game / movie room and the older kids loved the pool table room. The views were great from the house. It is located at the top of a hill. Location for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg were perfect too. We will do it again for sure !!A few items to note. No curtains on the windows within the bedrooms upstairs……

“Just a perfect house for a relaxing week on the Little River. House is very clean, well stocked and has everything you can possibly want or need, Would certainly recommend and we are considering returning in the future. Thank you. ”

“House, overall, was great! Plenty of rooms and space to spread out. We had electrical issues while cooking breakfast. Breaker tripped two different mornings and we had to call maintenance since breaker box was in a locked closet. Communication over vrbo app was not good when we had questions.”

“Our stay was fantastic. The amenities at the resort were great. There was a nice waterpark and three pools to hang out at. My kids also enjoyed the arcade. We ate at the restaurant on property twice and both times the food was excellent. I used the fitness center once. There was not much equipment like most hotel/resort gyms so I found it much easier to run outside and enjoy the view. The views at the resort were amazing. “Nicely updated property in convenient location. There was an issue with housekeeping service (they neglected to clean unit) but property manager made it right immediately. Quick communication and immediate solution. So still rating 5 stars.”

“Everything in the place was new and mostly clean (a lot of dust bunnies and dead asian beetles). We literally had everything we needed to cook all the meals we cooked. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything a family needs. The coffee bar was adorable and was a huge surprise. Loved the decor. Location was central to Everything! The hot tub was very nice after a long day of walking around doing all the tourist things. The washer and dryer were great. I would definitely stay here again if……
