“We Usually stay in hotels, but decided to stay in a guest house this time. Got to say we were really impressed with Chester house. It was very clean and tidy, the bed was very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, (in both here and their sister property, Chester court hotel, next door), and the included breakfasts were excellent. In addition, it was great to have ample free parking on site The location is also very convenient for Chester city centre and also to nearby Hoole village,……

“Great staff on the front desk. Great location. Large size room, clean linen, bathroom, kitchen and sitting space. Skirting boards dusty. Easy lift. Good parking. Tight but fits perfectly when everyone is parked properly. ”

“What a lovely hotel this is. Attention to detail is amazing. Room was spotless we had a Deluxe King. Air conditioning well needed it was a hot day. Decor is beautiful. Check in was able to check in earlier as room was ready. ”

“Pleasant room in the centre of Chester. /it was a little noisy, but only what was to be expected on a Saturday night in a city centre! Bed was comfortable, and room was clean. There is only one minor concern: We were given one key, which opened the front door, the door to the room's entrance, and our room door. Does this mean others can also use their key to access other rooms? Not sure... There is a safe provided, so for this reason, I'd use it for any valuables left in the room! ”

“First we love this hotel, been a few times and will continue to. There are some improvements that are needed. We had a duplex room at a ‘last minute’ discounted price. Toilet seat was broken, TV remote not fully working, shower and toilet area could do with a good refresh.”
