“It was a decent accommodation for my trip for Hoi An. The facility was good and new, also the staff (the family) was kind and helpful. How can I find another new ,good location, with a balcony aside from this . Pebble homestay was awesome.”

“飯店在巷弄內，晚上很安靜，可以睡的很好，走路到大街約10分鐘，不會太遠，位置很好！ 房間剛進入有點潮濕的味道，打開通風後會好很多，浴室熱水器要先打開開關才有熱水，水壓正常，但廁紙太潮濕都皺皺的，也可能我們去的期間一直下雨的關係...晚上可以先挑選隔日早餐，飯、麵、越南麵包都有，附飲料和水果，口味較清淡，分量適當！兩隻店狗可愛親人，老闆也很親切都會主動打招呼，家庭出遊選擇連通房很便利！”

“very helpful host in arranging laundry and transportation, albeit slightly more expensive, but paying for the convenience. gave recommendations for local food and tailor as well. room was very clean. had some issue with hot water initially but responsive in resolving it quickly. bikes looked to be in old condition, and we felt like we were discouraged from using them.”

“入住時碰上水災，整個古鎮都淹沒了，要坐船遊覽，由於酒店處於近河的區域，所以水浸到膝蓋位置。拖著行李，的士不送到酒店門口，只能放在沒水的街道旁。遇上好心的餐廳主人，幫忙打電話到酒店，酒店主人開電單車出來接我地。門前的小路變成了河流，雖然聽落好似好慘，但係一次好特別的體驗，很難忘，天氣問題不關酒店的事，酒店想辦法送我們出去主要街道玩。 酒店代訂shuttle bus出Da Nang,司機服務很差，同車有個鬼妹趕去機場坐飛機，司機服務完全不理會...希望她能順利搭上飛機啦 如果大家想坐shuttle bus,建議訂Hui On Express,價格同樣也是VND110K/pax”

“Hoi An Babylon Luxury Hotel & Spa (newly built) and Hoi An Babylon Riverside & Spa (quite old) are sited side by side. We have booked 2 rooms and 2 nights for former hotel. The two hotels share one reception counter. We checked in at night and we were provided a room from the older hotel. We found out the mistake next morning and asked for relocation to the newer hotel that we booked and paid for. Hotel reception agreed to relocate us to babyon Luxury (new one) on 2nd day, but the……

“The accommodation is clean and comfortable. We have stayed for 2 nights at Hoi An. The homestay is located at a very convenient location which we can access to the night market and the riverside with a 2-minute walk. Unexpectedly, we didn’t hear any noise from the busy bars and restaurants that were just one block away. The breakfast was nice and the owner was nice enough to let us eat a bit earlier so we could grab a quick bite before the local tour starts.”

“Super nice boutique hotel- the family room was perfect for our two kids (11 and 14) and two adults. Awesome pool. Beautiful surroundings. Breakfast is wonderful. Nice to be further away from the hustle of Hoi A but still easy to get to. Lovely restaurant on the corner.”

“The place is new so OK. Service staff needs to be more tactful in dealing with complains. Cannot be one sided and support those who complained just because they are Westerners. Too biase for my liking. On the whole the location is just very convenient to travel everywhere. ”
