“What a lovely calm hotel. Loved that it was just a short stroll from the necessaries, beautifully quiet location. Everything was easy and staff super friendly. Spa was spotless. “We stop in Llandudno fairly regularly but this is first time in this hotel. It is close to theatre where we were going to. Very friendly staff, breakfast great, don't do evening meal and no hotel parking. Room was ok but water was cold and radiator didn't work. Both problems sorted promptly. Great value for money so may return next time we book theatre.”

“The property is ideally suited for events at Venue Cymru, which is next door. We had a family room, fronting the promenade with a fantastic view of the bay.The hotel was renovated last year and there were many thoughtful touches.
