“As I had found that this property was once owned by my 3X great granduncles I was fascinated by the history and walked in their footsteps. As I descended the original, narrow stairs with the low hand rails I imagined the original women in their high button shoes and hoop skirts more gracefully than me maneuvering them daily. It was a pleasant step back in time with it's antique atmosphere and original structure. It was my 48th wedding anniversary and staying at a family home made it even more……

“We were blown away with all aspects of our stay at Cloran Mansion. Paul is an exceptional innkeeper! His attention to detail is exquisite. We were there for our 50th anniversary. He had gotten us a box of fabulous assorted chocolates from Galena’s Kandy Kitchen. That was above and beyond!!! We stayed in the Sara Suite on the first floor.
