“Friendlness of staff and location.”

“limited hotel services, much like basic business hotel, tooo bad that the lift to car park was not in service during my stay, I need to walked through stairs with my working stick (I have some problems with my legs)”

“It was a lovely room i was a solo traveller this time and it was the perfect size for me.Everything was there that you needed. Good quality shampoo/conditioner. Showergel handwash amd hand lotion. Excellent choices of tea/coffee/hot chocolate and a small packet of biscuits in room. Shower was amazing. Breakfast was really tasty. Staff very efficient and friendly. They couldnt do enough for you. They have parking passes in the hall way so that you can park for free.Thats a bonus as its expensive……

“Generally good for the price. The room was comfortable but the bed was too soft for us.”

“We really loved our stay at Inn at Cheltenham Parade. Our room had a lovely big comfortable bed with great facilities. The veggie breakfast was delicious and we would stay here again!”

“Lovely country pub with good beer and food in a small, quiet village. Nice, well kept garden with seating. Excellent room, a good size and very well appointed with a nice bathroom. Highly recommended. ”

“This is a super little hotel hidden away from everything, an excellent place if you want to be alone. It’s an old building but doesn’t suffer from it. The staff are all excellent if a little forgetful in the restaurant. The only thing which lets it’s down slightly is the food. It’s not bad by any means, and some things are lovely, but it’s not quite 5*, the breakfast in particular was poor. I’d definitely recommend a stay here though. ”

“Just a couple of minor niggles, which did not really detract from the overall impression of a great place to stay in Hebden Bridge. Our room was spacious and comfortable but had a broken lamp shade and a loose leg on the dressing table stool both of which should be easy fixes. The bathroom was lovely and the free standing bath a bonus but the addition of a shelf near the sink or hook on the back of the door would be useful, as there was nowhere to put toiletry bags other than the top of the……

“酒店是很不錯的，停車也是免費的，工作人員都很熱情。有恆溫泳池，不過不知道是不是真正的溫泉水，SPA也沒有時間做，留待下次吧。謝謝！”
