“Very clean property. Directions to check in where more than adequate. The stairs going up to the front door are very steep as are the stairs going up to the second floor in the apartment to sleep. I have no issues with steps, but it should be noted that they are extremely steep. There were people staying downstairs with a dog and I did hear the dog barking so the walls were a little thinner than I am used to, but overall, they were not too noisy. ”

“Very nice stay. The only thing we wish would have happened is salt & sanding of the driveway and steps. It was glare ice and dangerous.”

“We had a great stay at this hotel! Perfect little place with everything you need. Coffee was available in the room and downstairs by the desk and the room we stayed in had a fridge, microwave, stovetop, and all the cookware and glassware you need. It's definitely an older property but that is what gives it it's charm. Our TV did not work in our room but was not a huge deal. Front desk staff were kind and flexible. Would absolutely stay again and use the pool next time, it closes at 9p.”

“The Cozy Cottage nestled in the heart of Alton Bay, NH was just what my family of four needed for an extended holiday weekend getaway. My favorite keepsake from staying at Rich’s Cozy Cottage was most definitely the spectacular view and the live music heard from across the Bay while I relaxed on the comfy blue chairs in the large breezeway! We even brought our pugs and our 22 ft boat. Next time I hope to be able to reserve a dock, but the ramp is literally a five minute walk away.”
