“Most of the time, when you rent from vrbo, the address appears as soon as the booking is confirmed. This host never gives the address because they never intend for you to stay there. We booked this property and then suddenly there was a maintenance issue. One message said it was electrical and another said ot was a water problem. But not to worry! They have other properties that you can stay in that are complete dumps. They come wirh garbage and debris in the entry way, sticky floors, bugs,……

“Overall the property met our needs but there were positives and negatives. The house had amenities and with prior communication with the owners, we brought what we needed (electric skillet, muffin pan, and glass 13x9 pan for example). The bedrooms were clean and enough for their purpose. The backyard was nice and the area was quiet. We enjoyed the fire pit and visiting birds. The selection of games was nice. My husband and I ended up buying the game Rumikub because we enjoyed it so much. Great……

“We wanted to be close to our old place, to family and friends, and, of course, to the foot of the lake. We wanted to stay somewhere that would not distract from all the catching up we needed to do that long weekend. This place did not disappoint. It was perfect for us and more. The only way it distracted from our plans for the weekend was that we wished we could have spent more time there enjoying all it had to offer.
