“This was for a wedding and the groomsmen stayed! I spoke with Debbie on the phone briefly and let her know that after rehearsal dinner that the bride and some bridesmaids would be stopping in to hang out for a bit and she was very nice about it. Communication was immaculate. If I ever need a house in Skaneateles again I will 100% be looking at this house again!”

“The home is beautiful and the scenery gorgeous. The only recommendations we would have is that the living room furniture is not comfortable for spending any significant time in but the screened in porch is lovely. One minor item is the silverware- several knives and forks were damaged due to the plastic handles. Metal silverware would be a great replacement. Otherwise it was a great place to enjoy all of our classmates. We never left the entire weekend. ”

“You will enjoy every minute if you are lucky enough to stay in this gorgeous property. The house itself is spacious and welcoming with breathtaking views of the lake and paddocks out of every window. Kitchen is well equipped. Just a 3 minute ride to the Town of Skaneateles. ”

“Plenty of room at the house for six adults. Property provided great views at sunset and a great place to have a campfire. We were able to moor our pontoon boat right to the sea wall. House was clean and bathrooms updated. Great bargain for the area.”

“It was very relaxing. The place was very clean and accurate described. Ann Marie was very nice and very helpful. She willingly shared her knowledge and her grapes and plums as well. The only disappointment was not being able to catch a salmon. One day I will. The place itself is all I expected from a cabin on a lake. And for us the stair climb wasn’t that difficult. Loved the use of the rowboat and canoe.i definitely would stay again. We enjoyed.”

“It was our second stay and we loved it just as much as the first time. It was a very snowy weekend, so we ended up spending a lot of time at the house. The views are just spectacular, and the place just has such a unique and fun vibe. We enjoyed being able to eat meals together at the dining table and make use of the full kitchen. Lots of fun family memories were made. We will be back! ”
