“Our group consisted of 8 adults and one kiddo. Plenty of room for more. Great access to the lake with a nice dock. Huge living room and nice deck overlooking the lake. Fire ring near the dock.. Our second time here, won't be our last! Owners were super responsive, very accommodating!”

“ We usually have an annual family reunion that started several years ago. We had a great time with our host family cousins and love them, the Finger Lake Region (geography, nautical, people, architecture, antiquing & of course the many wine trails. So this is not our first waterfront rental here and we had a wonderful time here with our 7 adults, proximity to so many things. The two bathrooms worked out fine, cold HVAC, hot water. The home has some wonderful old architectural items, well……

“Perfect number of bedrooms for our friends, wish there was a communal bathroom on the 2nd floor, but I know it's an old farmhouse. There's one in the master upstairs.Kitchen is large and dining table is perfect for friends sharing BBQ dinner (that we cooked on the BBQ outside). The firepit outside is lovely. Corn hole was fun too. Beautifully maintained farm, and you don't smell the chickens. So convenient to Skan Lake and town.”

“We were in town for access to Syracuse University and work in Baldwinsville. This location was a perfect spot to be close to both areas. The property is as described and communication was clear and easy. There were some small issues, such as connecting to the wifi, but the property contact responded swiftly and positively. The view from the porch is lovely. There is not much in the town so be sure to grab groceries on the way in! We look forward to using this place again in future visits……
