“The sweet lady that checked us in made us feel comfortable and welcome. She was accommodating to my needs and she wass an absolute sweetheart. The hotel is beautiful bright and clean and priced less than rum down hotels down the road. Will definitely come back!”

“The hotel.was beautiful! I did have a couple issues...one being no bars in shower. Very scary taking a shower with nothing to hang on to. Also no rack to put luggage on, so had to lay it on floor. Other than that, bed was very comfortable.”

“Walking distance to one of the many dining options in downtown Boise, or stay in for the incredible restaurant and bar in the Hotel itself. The rooms are historic and beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, etc, etc...But what REALLY makes this place stand out is the customer service. Every single person I dealt with was more than accommodating to all of my needs. I will definitely be staying there the next time I'm in town. ”
