“Satisfied with this design hotel - modern, spacious, comfortable and clean room with interior local artworks on the wall. Rooftop swimming pool and bar were nice, but the ocean view in front of the swimming pool was disappearing by another constructing hotel buildings. The breakfast and lunch was nice too.”

“Excellent staff who were very attentive to our needs—they did not hesitate to help us book a snorkelling to Nusa Lembongan, even at 9PM the night before. The hotel itself was beautiful. Our room (Family suite) was spacious, well-decorated, and clean. We would absolutely stay here again if we went to Sanur. ”

“The garden is nice and staff are friendly however can only handle basic English and may not be able to provide assistance on basic travel info. Arrived in the evening, I asked the staff if any place for nice restaurant and money exchange, she is not certain about the opening hour of the money exchange and she thought it was closed already by 7pm and not sure for places for food. End up the money change shop closed at 10pm. Also when I first checked in the place, they had no record of my……

“I spent nearly a month in February at The Cozy Haven and JoJo and the team were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and the room was excellent (I stayed in the Junior Suite). The property is only a few years old, lovely interior and great space. Internet was fast. Cleaning and maintenance was excellent. It is walking distance to the main Street of Sanur close to plenty of shopping and restaurants and only 29mins to the beach. Only negative is if……

“Een geweldige plek midden in Sanur. Wij hebben hier een aantal nachten aan het begin en einde van onze 5 weken op Bali verbleven. Buitengewoon vriendelijk personeel. De tuin is prachtig en wordt goed onderhouden. De villa’s zijn erg ruim en bieden veel privacy. Het restaurant op het terrein staat los van Natah Bale en biedt heerlijke gerechten aan gedurende de gehele dag.”

“首先要讚賞員工們，他們都非常親切友善，我剛好連續住3晚有promotion送1個免費晚餐(大pizza和2支啤酒)和1小時按摩，按摩技師手勢非常好，所以第2天自己付錢再按(住客有discount，詳細可以問酒店)。房間的牆和浴缸建議最好翻新一下，毛巾都比較黄和舊，最好都是更換吧。”
