“This house is in a quaint, family neighborhood. Beautiful house that is minutes away from downtown and whitefish bay. Highly recommend!”

“The property lacked photos of all the rooms in the house. The space was very open and had some dirt and such from a recent remodel. The upstairs did not have working A/C and was very hot compared to the downstairs. There were some windows in the bedrooms that were breaking and not completely closing. The listing’s pictures do not disclose the true state of the vrbo. And the communication with check-in instructions were not provided until after the check-in time.”

“Booked the property and couldn’t reach the property manager. Didn’t return my emails and when I called number listed on the account it was the wrong number. Grateful that VRBO customer service managed to find me a hotel for the evening while I looked for another place to stay.”

“The house and neighborhood was really cute. It really had all the amenities, but the only thing I noticed was the plumbing was very slow. I washed my hands in the bathroom sink downstairs and it took forever for the water to go down in the drain. The toilet upstairs wouldn’t flush the toilet paper down the drain.
