“for starters this hotel is in a perfect area, is very clean, and totally modern and upgraded. My room was so comfortable and overlooked the canal. I would also like to shout out the staff. They had reached out to me days before my stay that there was going to be a train strike the day i was arriving and to be prepared. because of their warning I was able to rebook my train and make sure I got into Venice on the day I planned to. “The staff was some of the best I have ever experienced, all of them, especially Gloria and Sara at the front desk, but they were all incredibly great. Cleaning staff was really good, accommodating and thorough. I loved the coolers by the front door full of water, wine, beer, coke, etc and you just grabbed what you wanted and could charge it to the room. Super convenient and not over priced.
