“Excellent location! Just next to Piazza San Marco, however the entrance of the hotel is lack of signage, we spend some time to looking for the entrance. The staffs are very nice. “The property is in an excellent location, just behind the piazza and easily accessible from the boat bus. It’s nestled in one of those charming Italian narrow alleyways, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and plenty of places to explore. When we checked in, we were pleasantly surprised to find an extra room in addition to what we had booked - perhaps it was intended for a family. Either way, it was a lovely surprise! “Location is quite good, just 5 minutes walk from San Marco. It is between the piers of San Marco and the famous bridge. It may be difficult to find at the first time since it is not on a main street. Better use Google map to help you. The room is rather small, but very classic and nicely decorated. Staff is very nice and helpful. There is no elevator since it is an old building. Breakfast is excellent and is served in your room.”

“Pros: -Alessandra and her team were fantastic. She greeted us warmly, sat us down with a map of the entire city and gave us a rundown of things to see (and things to avoid). On our last day my wife and I had an early train to Naples so we weren’t able to make breakfast.
