“Walking distance from train station is around 5 minutes. This is also near actv station "Riva De Biaso", very convenient. My room is 02, unfortunately it has an unpleasant smell throughout the stay, but other than that, everything is good enough. I am glad that I utilize kitchen nicely.”

“Avoid this apartment! When we arrived we noticed an odd smell outside the room that continued to worsen during our stay so much so that it seeped into our room in the middle of the night waking us up. It was so awful it was nauseating and in the morning as we exited the room we had to hold our breath. Absolutely foul. The hotel refused a request for a refund after this experience. Terrible stay, terrible customer service. Do not waste your time here.”

“Very nice, clean, and well appointed apartment in Central Venice. Lots of space with kitchen, sitting area, and separate bedroom. Would highly recommend. You’ll meet someone on the day you arrive to receive a physical key at check-in. This is the only part of the process that was not completely clear, but the property managers were great and very nice when talking to us upon arrival. Enjoyed our stay!”
