“The hotel is close to the Mestre station, about a 5-10 min walk. There is a side entrance to platform 1 directly, you don’t need to go through the main entrance of the station, which is a bit further away.
There are a few hotels and restaurants nearby. Feel safe in the area at night.
The staff were super friendly, and we felt welcomed. We were having a birthday trip in Italy. The hotel was very generous, our room got upgraded and we received a bottle of wine as a gift. The room was spacious,……

“Simonetta met us at the studio and it was very comforting to have her living next door, explain transportation from the airport, to and from Venice, and the train station. She was a great resource to us as we acclimated to the area. The studio was clean, had everything we needed and a safe location. It is a 20-30 minute ride into Venice but we didn’t mind. We rode both the bus and tram. The bus was faster but more crowded. I would stay again and highly recommend!”

“This was exactly as described and as beautiful as the pictures show. I would not stay here with young children because of the auntiques (you can see them in the pictures - very beautiful) but it was spacious and beautiful and pretty easy to get to Venice using the buses. We had an issue with the fuse and I called him after 10:30PM and he answered right away so I was very grateful. He was also able to work with us to get in a little early which was so nice. The apartment itself was beautiful-……

“Die Wohnung ist geräumig und bietet Platz für 4 vielleicht auch 5 Personen. Spielzeug für die Kleinen ist vorhanden. Das WLAN ist sehr gut, TV funktioniert (haben wir aber nur zum Testen eingeschaltet). Die Betten passen mir persönlich nicht (durchgelegen), da bin ich ziemlich kleinlich. Die Küche ist super nur sollte man sich einiges an Kochutensilien mitbringen. Es ist fast nichts vorhanden was es zum kochen brauch. Alles andere ist da: Klima läuft ruhig und sonst war alles Prima. “Everything was just wonderful. Owner went above and beyond to help us with all aspects of our trip. She assisted with taxi, train and other travel. Maps of the area were provided. Every comfort was provided and many more offered. The home was very clean and all necessities are provided. Security was very good with locks and gates. Very comfortable and inviting home. I would recommend this property and more over this host very highly.”

The staff were super friendly, and we felt welcomed. We were having a birthday trip in Italy. The hotel was very generous, our room got upgraded and we received a bottle of wine as a gift. The room was spacious, clean and tidy.
The hotel is very close to the train station, it could be bothersome for people that are very sensitive to noise. Not a problem for me though.
Also, you don’t get free daily housekeeping like a traditional hotel. But at this price, you really can’t ask for more. Hotel tax is very cheap, so is the price of the room.
I would 100% recommend this hotel.
