“Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff, the location, the view! I felt like the location was pretty central to all the must see spots. They are accommodating in helping you find tours and the made to order breakfast was delicious! I would highly recommend paying extra for it. The only downfall is all the stairs. You do have to cline up to the main floor 2 flights of stairs and if you have any physical issues request a room on the same floor as the elevator. All the staff was……

“Experiencia maravillosa, excelentisimo servicio, excelentes comidas y bebidas y muy buen precio para ser Costa Rica. Hermoso lugar, la playa maravillosa. Todo fabuloso, quizas el unico pero es que no tiene aire acondicionado y el ventilador de techo no es tan eficiente lo que hace que se tengan las ventanas abiertas y entran mosquitos. Fuera de eso SENSACIONAL, claro que volvería y lo recomendaría! Especialmente felicitacion a Angelo, Jessie, y Laurita que nos dieron un super servicio!!!!!”

“Staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was convenient to basically anything you would want to see or do in Antigua, also pretty convenient for catching shuttles, taxis and tuk-tuks. I think the only complaint I would have is that the water in the shower only stayed warm for about 2 minutes. ”

“Quinta Don Jose was even more wonderful than I remembered from the last time! The room was clean and roomy and the breakfast in the morning was to die for. The grounds are beautiful and green, there's a pond where several turtles call home and are not afraid of people.The Tlaquepaque area has many options for shopping and dining. I highly recommend another relaxing stay at the QDJ!”

“The room are pretty old and dirty, I think they need to remodel the room specific the bathroom, not enough hot water after 15 minutes taking bath. I paid extra for the bathtub, and it was extremely dirty and old. It’s not worth to pay it for. Car park extra charge , not even can offer water inside the room being 3 stars hotel. The staff service is ok, no experience but polite . I’m not Recommend this hotel. Absolutely No for what I paid for”
