“I had an amazing experience at Summit 503. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The apartment is modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts of home — from a fully equipped kitchen to cozy, stylish furnishings. The balcony views are absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The location is perfect: safe, quiet, and conveniently close to great restaurants, shopping, and key attractions. It’s a great balance between being tucked away……

“The pool was large and wonderful with many deaths for adults as well as kids. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Service was top notch, especially Diego on the front desk. The property is about 5 years old but looks brand new. Landscaping us mature and beautiful. My only recommendations would be to offer a larger selection with the "breakfast included" and put lamps on bedside tables and the desk. We stayed in a Jr Suite. We plan to stay there again.”

“This property was even better than expected! Our family of seven, ranging in age from 11 - 78 years old, used this as our home base to explore the area, from Manuel Antonio down to Uvita. We fished, walked the whale tail, hiked Nauyaca Falls, and explored beaches, and the Lattice House location was perfect! We also spent alot of time at the property, between exploring the orchard, watching wildlife that visited each day, and relaxing in the pool and hot tub area, with beautiful ocean……

“Such a hidden gem. This place is more than a stay. It's an experience. Things to note are that you have to take a small boat to reach the property so pack light. The nature and beach are beautiful. The rooms are comfortable, clean and the perfect blend of shelter and being one with nature. The restaurant on site is superb with quality organic ingredients that create art on a plate. Staff is friendly, approachable and super helpful. Can't wait to come back. ”

“The property was very clean. Amenities included anything that you would need while vacationing., The manager answered all calls in a timely manner, This property was a little oasis. Very serene landscaping, rambutan, bananas, and coconuts were throughout the property. Small pond/stream near to explore. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. ”
