“Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nice that there is a bar and restaurant right on the property. Bed was VERY comfortable. Beautiful view of the river from the sliding glass doors that open to the private deck with table & chairs. Price is reasonable, room was very clean, but could use updating a bit. Heat register in bathroom was rusty as was the towel rack. Sliding glass doors in the back out to the 1st floor deck could not be locked, but this wasn't a high crime area so that did……

“The front desk personnel and breakfast staff were helpful, courteous, and went out of their way to be friendly. Our double-queen bedroom had one (desk) chair and we needed a 2nd chair to sit in. (Old people some want to sit on the bed to talk / watch TV.) The man at the front desk brought a 2nd chair up to us immediately. The breakfast was ample and hot. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. It was quiet. The bathroom in the room was dated and the tile could have used updating. But……

“I had issues with other guests’ dog barking and had to move rooms. Then, had to move rooms again for the second night of my stay. All of this was navigated patiently and with priority by the woman who works the night desk. She made it happen at minimal inconvenience to me. ”
