“When we got to the hotel, we went to our room but found out it was not ready or had been cleaned. We spoke to the manager and he immediately apologized and gave us a suite which worked out perfect for our stay.”

“My fiancé and I stayed here for a night to see a show in town. We didn’t realize that the hotel had JUST opened (and it was a soft open) so there were of course kinks to the actual stay. For example, the AC was having an issue being used large-scale for the first time. Bit of a hitch but in no way ruined our time there. What REALLY stood out was the customer service! Russell at the front desk was so accommodating! He did everything to make our stay more enjoyable - he brought us a fan, switched……
