“The hotel had easy outdoor parking but we had to pay for it! Just add it into the cost of the room as this addition was a little annoying. The room was clean .. the bed was comfy .. the bath was well stocked with towels. The location isn't good for walking to dine..so you pretty much have to have a car so you have to pay to park there. They have a breakfast but that isn't included and we didn't try it. ”

“Room was quiet and comfortable, the last day of our 3 day stay there was a centipede that was on the shower curtain. After I saw the little guy I jumped into action, put on my exterminator clothes and took care of our unwanted guest . When checking out I reported it to the front desk and was told that happens frequently when the air conditioning units were running. I wasn’t very impressed with management’s response. Other than that, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable ”

Very nice and clean place, people are friendly, workers are great really helpful, very close to big amusement park Kings island which we're season ticket holders always stay here they never disappoint ”

“We stayed 4 nights on this trip. Our room was exactly as described online. The room was clean. We did not have any shampoo or conditioner and didn't realize that until the following morning when one of us took a shower. As soon as we mentioned it to the front desk, they supplied the missing items. Staff was courteous and helpful. ”
