“第一天很晚入住，前面一位客人處理超久後輪到我，前檯人員既沒表示久等之意同時也是很制式化的說明規定，相當冰冷；之後幾天反應房間內空調壞了，也無人處理；同時還出現小蟲子在房間；甚至有預付早餐還被告知原房價無付早餐；退房講這些抱怨給櫃檯人員僅得到將早餐扣除的處理，最後連寒暄再見都沒有，服務上真的有待加強”

“We had a lovely stay at level up, very friendly greeting on arrival, our cases we stored as we arrived early, and on our return all ready placed in our room. The rooms were clean with tea and coffee and snacks. We had a small balcony to sit outside overlooking a little square. Cafes and bars in easy walking distance. I would definitely book again. ”

“A well designed, upscale apartment within easy walking distance to all the Treviso sites. The amenities were also very good. I would stay here again in question. ”

“Great room with a huge balcony, and really close to the centre so ideally located. We were in the side section that is slightly separate from the main hotel. We got a good welcome and our stay was good, sadly we had to leave at 6am to get to the airport and there was no hot water for a shower which was less than ideal. Other than that it was great”

“The hotel is in a beautiful location, and the room was spacious with a bathroom just as large as the bedroom—everything was spotless. From the balcony, I enjoyed a lovely view of the shops. I truly wished I had booked a longer stay, as the experience was wonderful. The staff were also excellent, and they kindly arranged a cab for me.”

Ive stopped in many hotels and this hotel and the service they provide puts some big hotels to shame. I would definitely stay here again without question ”

“Le foto della camera non corrispondeva a quella assegnatami , il lavandino aveva una perdita . Ma la cosa più assurda è che in un B&B la colazione non sia inclusa nel prezzo e che a fronte di un supplemento venga servita una colazione con poca scelta. ”
