“This house will be better than you expect!”

“Frank was an awesome host. The property was clean and quiet. The neighborhood is okay but I felt safe and there were security cameras on the property. The backyard was simple and fun. Overall a great place to stay if you need something small and clean. Just be aware you either have to pay a $1,500 not guaranteed refundable damage fee or $59 damage insurance. This fee is on top of all the other cleaning, property fee, and tax. Not terrible but just beware”

“Location was perfect for exploring San Diego. Host provided a wonderful assortment of snacks and drinks. We did not make use of the outdoor space, but it looked lovely. Would definitely recommend.”
