“We enjoyed our stay in this cute little cottage! It was very clean, updated and everything we envisioned. It accommodated us and our friends perfectly! We cooked, grilled and sat out back on the patio and laughed and had the best time while we were there! Plus the price.. you can’t beat it! Would definitely recommend and would stay again! ”

“Close to the beach, clean rooms, great covered balcony (no screens). Had a power outage after a storm and the lock on the door would not work correctly. Called the emergency number, as it was after hours, and was greeted by staff immediately. Within a short time the staff member was at the door and fixed the lock. Great service! Super friendly staff.”

“Overall the place was fine, nice location & within walking distance to Santini Plaza for food or shopping. In the room itself - the tile floor could've used a deeper clean as some spots are black, the blinds were broken so you couldn't turn them, the ceiling fan was wobbly, the shower light would turn on and off by itself. You're paying for location, if the unit was anywhere else it wouldn't of been worth the price we paid for Spring Break.”

“Love the small Inn close to the beach. Part is still under construction. Old florida feel literally 2 min walk to beach without crossing a road! ”

“pool was great (although each day groups staked out tables around the pool then left for the beach and came back later). view of the gulf from the lanai was great. the condo was neat, clean, and well decorated.”
