“Great communication. Check in was easy and flexible. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The upstairs bed was extremely comfortable. The mini split in upstairs bedroom and the window AC in downstairs bedroom worked great. New refrigerator with cool ice spheres. It was great having access to the garage.House has great bones. It is undergoing lots of upgrades in between rentals, so expect a little dust and work in progress. Kitchen, upstairs and downstairs bathroom renovations look almost……

“Charming little getaway!The space was clean, cozy, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing stay. The hot tub was a highlight—such a great way to unwind! The shared backyard setup was a bit unclear at first (we weren’t sure if that included the hot tub), but we went ahead and used it and had no issues.There’s an adorable coffee shop just a short walk away, which was a nice bonus. “Host was great!”

“This lovely small home was perfect for attending our son’s graduation from CWRU. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and lots of high end pillows. Towels were soft and fresh smelling. The sitting and dining areas had comfortable furniture in good shape. The kitchen was a little dated but had everything we needed to make breakfast ( that’s all we cooked). The street was very quiet for sleeping”

“This property was clean and provided the amenities needed for our 2 day stay (coffee station, towels, blow dryer, laundry facilities). More than enough space for a larger group of people. There are quite a few stairs on this property, one flight when you enter from the garage and another to go the bedrooms. Garage parking is a little tight and hard to navigate if you have a large vehicle as its the first garage off the street. Overall a good experience!”
